The holidays are meant to be a time of peace, harmony and goodwill. For homeless kids, the holiday season can be a sad reminder of the homes and belongings they left behind. We need your help to create a festive and safe holiday for local survivors. Every year during the holidays, we collect a list of presents children want and you can grant a wish from our list. Donations of gift cards are also accepted from Target and Walmart to give our clients the gift of choice to pick out a present for their child. Download wishlist.
Adopt a family
Help us bring the holiday spirit to CASFV Shelter! Holidays are a special season, and we want to ensure that individuals residing at our emergency shelter experience the true holiday spirit. In order to grant hundreds of wishes to the families we serve, we need your help! Fill out our quick form and we will set you up to adopt a family. Your gifts to the family help ensure that children and their parent experience a sense of belonging, hope, and empowerment.

Make a monetary donation
Through the generosity of donors, we can bring holiday cheer to survivors. Your gift makes an impact:
- $10 covers a gift for a preschooler
- $15 provides a toy for an elementary child
- $20 covers a gift for a teen
- $25 helps a child provide a gift for their parent
- Sponsor a Group: $100 provides 10 gifts; $250 covers 25 gifts; $500 covers 50 gifts.
Make an even bigger impact by setting up monthly recurring donations online. Show your ongoing commitment to helping survivors move past homelessness with a monthly contribution. Donations are essential to help with funding our daily operations during the holidays and throughout the year.
Host a group collection drive
Together, we can achieve so much! Hosting a collection drive is a fun and rewarding way to give back to help local survivors. Please consider sharing the joy of making a difference by rallying your friends, family, co-workers or civic group to collect gifts from our wishlist or gift cards!
