Our Impact


There are many pieces of the puzzle when it comes to fighting domestic violence and sexual abuse. From our shelter to our support groups, we are proud to have a direct impact on survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse. Below are some statistics on how casfv has helped families survive and become mighty.

Emergency Shelter
Fiscal Year September 2016 - August 2017
916 residents:
• 358 women ages 18+ (to include1 transgender woman)
• 11 men ages 18+
• 553 children and youth between ages 0-17 (all genders)

Transitional Living Center
Fiscal Year June 2017 - May 2018
45 residents:
• 32 women
• 13 men
• 16 residents 18+
• 29 residents between 0-17 years of age

Family Resource Center
Fiscal Year September 2016 - August 2017
2,893 clients assisted:
• 1,781 women ages 18+ (to include 5 transgender women)
• 161 men ages 18+
• 951 children and youth between ages 0-17 (all genders)

Battering Intervention & Prevention Program
Fiscal Year September 2016 - August 2017
471 participants in battering intervention & prevention program:
• 53 women
• 418 men

West Texas Outreach
